Lexis Suites Penang - Bayan Lepas

Had very nice stay during CNY holiday. Comforts of a nice size and brand-new executive suite with nice premium toiletries were fabulous. The location was best possible and nice, near to beach!

Everything was simply superb.

Better choose this place to stay when in Bayan Lepas. It has beautiful and good rooms to offer with 2 queen size bed, bathroom plus the bath tub. The hotel provided an excellent customer service during our vacation.

Consider booking the private pool suite for a relaxing retreat. It's a unique escape for families looking to unwind together.

Parking access is challenging given the narrow ascent. The in-room dining menu lacks variety, and ordering food can be cumbersome, especially with restrictions on delivery at the lobby. The gym, while functional, feels cramped was great. The room cleanliness, while adequate, could benefit from fresh linens and towels, and some amenities appeared worn. An additional hassle includes unexpected billing practices for services rendered, which could easily be overlooked during check-in.

Just a solid selection for a holiday in Bayan Lepas with attractive and competitive value for money. The indoor dip pool was great for the kids, and they loved playing there. Make sure to arrive early if you can.

The sea view was lovely. We enjoyed the pool and sauna. Beach volleyball was hella fun! The staff was super friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. Just a fun, relaxing getaway that we all needed.

The shower water flow was a bit slow, a minor inconvenience .

Lexis suites penang was fantastic! The private pool in our executive pool suite was perfect for a little escape. Breakfast was a delight with a huge international buffet. We also loved the facilities on level 8, like the indoor playground and gym. The staff, especially Mr Logman, provided really good service!

I enjoyed the spacious layout and elegant decor of Lexis Suites Penang. The vast lobby and well-maintained facilities were especially easy to navigate as a senior traveler.

Improved shuttle service would greatly benefit seniors.

Great Family Getaway with Room for Improvement

Enjoyed the spacious Premium Pool Suite and fantastic views. The staff was responsive when we raised concerns, and our kids loved the pool! Consider dining off-site for better food options. Parking was ample, but access was a bit tight-ideal for smaller vehicles.

Luxurious Stay with Fantastic Amenities

The room was spacious and equipped with a private pool, which my family loved. The staff were friendly and helped us with all our needs. I think they could improve by providing more information about local attractions and dining options nearby.

We had a blast! The room was super spacious with 2 king beds, more than enough for us. Plus, our own balcony pool was just perfect for chilling. Breakfast was tasty too! Only hiccup was the busy road getting to the hotel, kinda hectic at times. But def worth it for the pool vibes!
